The best part of this Orange Leaf is the location! Tucked in the new 23rd Street development, this is a lovely way to end the evening after coming from Pizzeria Gusto, Big Truck, or Pizza 23. The staff are friendly, the place is clean, and there is adequate outdoor seating. Love it!!! Parking can be an issue during the day, but at night the lot behind Orange Leaf opens up and I suggest trying to park there or on the back streets off 23rd.

I wish I had gotten the name of the young man who was working the closing shift on Friday night, July 10. He was managing the register, starting closing duties, and taking care of customers questions and requests. We chatted for a few minutes while I waited for K to make his final selections. He was upbeat and funny, even as the last ten minutes of a Friday night shift probably seemed to creep by ever so slowly. Orange Leaf has done a good job of providing a consistently high-quality product over many locations and through rapid growth. The main part of the experience you come in for (the yogurt and the toppings) is pretty great, no matter which location you find yourself at. The staff though, that's the big variable that is different from shop-to-shop. So getting that piece right really is central to the guest experience. No one goes to get yogurt in a bad mood, so you hope that the staff projects a happy and calm demeanor. This kid (and I say kid because truly, he could not have be 21) was spot on. Sorry for not managing to get a name. As we were leaving, I saw him doing the heavy, hot work of moving the huge orange tables and chairs inside for the night. Still friendly and funny, even though for a few moments we were certainly in his way. He represented the brand well and made me want to come back again soon.

I really enjoy this place. The selection of flavors is plentiful and I appreciate that they offer some rotating flavors, including some seasonal flavors. I also like thier topping selection. The staff is friendly and of course there are free samples. I agree with Jim R. that the flavors are pretty sweet, on average, and serve more as ice-cream replacements rather than tart flavors. Having some more tart flavors or subtle flavors may be nice. I personally like green tea, pomegranate, and taro. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that Orange Leaf charges a little more per oz. than some places I used to go to in Los Angeles, but maybe this is common for OKC.

I love this place, their yoghurt is yummy. Last week I tried the new flavor Greek blackberry and it was so good. I hope they have more flavors when I come next time. They have a nice rewards program too, I'm not so sure but I guess you'll get 1$ back for every 10$ spent? That's neat, I hope they'll continue this program for a long time.

Does not accept certain brand-wide coupons (I.e. Groupon, etc). Walked in, went to grab a cup, and saw a hand written sign saying they don't accept groupons of any kind. We ended up driving across town to one that did.

Yogurt lovers seem to fall into two camps: tart yogurt lovers and ice cream replacement eaters. True to my Libra nature, I'm on the fence. Orange Leaf, however, is not: they are definitely in the ICR camp. That's not necessarily a bad thing. I do love me some chilly sweet eatin', especially slathered with the debris from an explosion at the Keebler factory. That said, I must be REALLY getting old, because it's just too much at Orange Leaf. So many of the flavors are so overwhelmingly sweet, I have trouble finishing due to glycemic paralysis. If you look hard, you can generally find at least a couple of not so cloying options. OL also does a good job of putting out really attractive fruit for toppings; their berries are usually top-notch. This location is next to Wilson Elementary, however, and the operators are likely catering to the crowd. My guess is that they've served more than one patron a heap of Brownie Batter and Cheesecake swirl topped with Pound Cake, Butterfingers, pariels, mochi, and chocolate sauce. Or something like that. So, it's fine. Clean place, parking in back, next to Big Truck and Pizza 23, and competent service (although their register spits back some form of tracking receipt before credit card receipts, so make certain you explicitly ask for a copy of your receipt if you need one). The only real bitch I have is the policy of the counter person coming around and making your samples for you. I'm sure that are multiple reasons for that move (messy kids, higher service level, yadda yadda). However, I'm capable. Not a big enough deal to keep me out, but annoying on a personal level. Oh, and Orange Leaf is locally owned, headquartered in our great state. So go and grab some. Just let me get my samples, and don't try to tell me that it's healthy.

Not sure why it's taken me so long to fully appreciate frozen yogurt, but I've quickly become a fan. Beware though - the self-serve cups and setup are deceiving... You can quickly build out a watermelon sized order and hate life because you're so full you can't move afterwards. Plus you end up with a soupy mix once everything starts melting together. My wife and I will usually split one of the smaller sized cups. I'm embarrassed how giddy I was when the cup dividers started showing up in the shops. Such a godsend.

I love ice cream! I love frozen yogurt even better as it satisfies my sweet craving without the calories! I am visiting Okc and tried this place. Their Ghirardelli flavored chocolate ice cream is out of the world. It's rich, creamy and not overtly sweet. And it goes perfectly with their Salted Caramel or their Tart flavor. However, the Salted Caramel isn't as good as the original ice cream flavors, so those who crave for Salted Caramel (like my husband) might want to find another place.

I really enjoy the Orange Leaf. Each time I walk in - I think I am going to try something new and ALWAYS get the tart original with fresh berries, mochi and chocolate covered almonds. The staff is always up and greets you as you walk in. I love that is it a serve yourself - so I can portion control - or not - LOL. Give Orange Leaf a try - fresh fruit, great flavors and nice staff...

So one of my favorite things about this orange leaf is that almost every time we've gone we've had the place to ourselves...so shhhhh (jkjk)! I'm a huge fan of bringing my 4 year old here. This Orange Leaf is my favorite secret kid-friendly hang out. My son loves being able to choose the flavor(s) and toppings he wants. Appealing to his growing sense of independence ("I can do it myself MOM!!!"), the freedom to serve himself is an added plus for us both. (Not that a little supervision isn't necessary, otherwise we'll end up with a $10 cup of melted mess) He also really enjoys the low, brightly colored tables and chairs...crawling through the holes in the chair bases is a favorite post-froyo-eating past time. I love the air conditioning, reasonable prices, clean and inviting atmosphere. And I'm not going to lie...I also really like choosing the perfect flavor/topping combinations. The staff is always helpful and cheery without being overbearing. All things considered, I don't know what else one can ask from a frozen yogurt joint. Orange Leaf pretty much has it all.

Well, been awhile since they first opened and I am happy to report that they are up-to-date on their seasonal flavors. Peppermint, chocolate-mint, eggnog and gingerbread now "deck-the-walls". The place is clean and the employees are always very friendly. Also - as a side note, if they don't have a certain flavor that you are looking for (oatmeal cookie, ha), they make note of it and mention it to the store manager - so they are willing to accommodate to an extent.

From the friendly staff to the delicious froyo flavors, this place is awesome! I love that it's on 23rd Street in Uptown and walking distance from my neighborhood. Their fountain drink machine is even cool enough to get this no-pop-drinking guy to sample the carbonated flavors. It's one of those really cool new touch-screen Coca-Cola machines. The place is clean, bright and feels fun. I met the owner one time when I was there and he was friendly, enthusiastic and grateful for my visit. I'm glad they're open late!
